Toowoomba Custom Cabinets grew out of a simple idea: homeowners on the range deserve cabinetry built for their actual rooms, not squeezed from a flat-pack range designed for someone else's. Working across the Garden City and the surrounding Downs, we kept seeing the same two jobs come up again and again. On one side sat the grand old Queenslanders and Federation homes of Rangeville, Mount Lofty and Newtown, where owners wanted modern, functional kitchens and wardrobes that still respected the character of the house. On the other sat the fast-growing estates of Glenvale, Kearneys Spring and Darling Heights, where new homes needed complete fit-outs from scratch. Both jobs call for the same thing, which is careful measuring, honest advice on materials and clean, precise installation. That is the work we set out to do well, one local home at a time.

Steve Smith is the owner and lead cabinetmaker, with more than 12 years spent designing and building custom cabinetry.
